Quality Control Inspector

August 2011 - Present
Since August 2011 working as a QC Inspector with different companies i.e. Trinity Corporation, PIC group, Stratosphere Quality, and presently working with Linamar Corporation:
Perform visual, mechanical and functional verification of parts to ensure compliance to set specification and quality standards
Carry out First-Off inspection, Receiving Inspection, Special and In-process Inspection
Prepare and Implement Quality Control policies and procedures
Assist all other departments on any questions of material or parts quality or inspection
Prepare and update ISO documents. Assisted in internal audit for ISO implementation
Issue required NCR document to identify non-conformant material or parts
Reading and interpreting Blue prints, GD&T
Inspect all the incoming material according to receiving inspection requirements
