Human Resources

Provide Human Resource-related duties for over 75 employees such as divisional personnel, payroll records, and other employee relation issues

Problem-solve & respond to complaints/concerns from citizens in professional & tactful way

Reconcile errors to maintain payroll records using computer and calculator and review wages, computed, and corrected errors to ensure accuracy on payroll

Review all new hire paperwork submitted by the employment manager for completeness.

Contact various employers on behalf of the employee to ensure employee’s background information

Participate in staff recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling entrance/exit interviews, and evaluations
