Experience in PLC Programming including IEC 61131 languages, HMI graphics screen development, Software code Simulation models to test control strategies.

Design control strategies, shutdown keys, and Safety Instrumented Functions, closed loop controls development – PID Control, AC & DC Motor drive controls, interfacing with third party systems & products (PLCs, HMIs, OPC Clients).

Configure & conduct system verification testing, Prepare, develop and manage testing schedule, Hardware & Software Integration Testing of PLC/DCS & HMI/SCADA systems, Factory Acceptance Test, Installation Test, System Acceptance Test, Dynamic System Integration Test and Trial Run Test necessary for the completion of the project.

Assist in integrating third party devices Data logging and reporting (IBA), Plant Information, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Operator Station simulator development in Visual Basic.

Assist Computer Aided Design and Drafting department to produce drawings for system architecture, network architecture, 3rd party interfaces, and control and marshalling cabinets, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), network architectures, control panels, loop drawings.

Preparing Installation Procedures and Documents based on the functional specification.

Produce control system narratives, functional requirements, system verification plan & procedures, control design documents including control narratives, Sequential documents, Requirement Analysis involves Control Philosophy, Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) Philosophy, Emergency Shutdown (ESD) hierarchy, Functional Design Specification process start-up activities, shutdown key development and control philosophies.

Proactively identifying & resolving problems, ramping up project activities with on time deliverables and maximising productivity.
