Solutions Development / Project Manager (2006 - 2015) Responsible for managing the design and engineering of supply chain solutions to bring customers value through improved processes, technology, and operational execution. • Led Engineering on an extensive consulting project consolidating warehouse and distribution center activities of 5 hospitals into one centralized warehouse. Standardized and rationalized the actual products being procured to generate true standards and additional savings.
• Managed the data gathering, analysis, modeling and redesign of sourcing, standardization and rationalization of products and equipment, kitting procedures, and labor estimates for all blood drives in the Mid-West region. This consulting study resulted in a 35% reduction in overall expenses and savings in transportation from 30-45% depending on the location.
