During the past decade was I have been directly managing facilities operations which allowed me to apply much of my past experience in the many aspects of managing, operating & maintaining large facilities, which includes managing construction projects of varying size from small T.I. work to entire building shell and all of the T.I. for specific tenant uses, writing departmental policies, procedures, processes, work plans and evaluate existing policies and procedures.
