Tracked down two multi-million dollar decrements to MIP Overseas Contingency Operations
(OCO) funds and ensured that over $18 million dollars was reinstated as the total request to the Department of the Navy and Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Edited and compiled narratives and resource data on 26 MIP programs for the future submission of the Congressional Justification Book for FY 2015 in order to justify and protect the Marine Corps MIP budget that is ultimately presented to Congress.
