Good day Sir/Madam

My name is Sarenay Adams. I am 24 years of age and reside in Eersteriver. I matriculated in the year 2008 at Kleinvlei High School. Prior to that I completed a learnership at Digicall solutions where I worked as an outbound sales consultant. After the 3 month long learnership, I was gracefully offered a customer service position in the back office of the company. Adding to the core duties I have mentioned in my CV, I also stood in for the company receptionist from time to time when she was unavailable, in so learning how to work a switchboard and book meetings.

I am currently employed at UTi Mounties division as a Receptionist where my core duties are to operate the switch board, to answer all calls in a professional manor, to capture all incoming as well as outgoing information on the company system in line with their procedures and to track and trace parcels. I have also completed an office administration course and an advanced computer course consisting of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint at Eersteriver Training Centre.

I am looking for a full time position where I can grow to my full potential. I see myself as a confident and ambitious individual. I am eager to learn and a hard worker. I have a strong belief that in order to be successful, one needs to go the extra mile, work hard and have a basic platform of a good education.
