Six Sigma Projects:
1.As a member of Six Sigma Black belt project worked to improve the new hire RPH (rate per hour) from 13 claims to 20 claims per examiner during last week of mentoring, with a result of additional revenue of approx. $10,000.00 per batch. The individual examiner was contributing 240 claims during mentoring phase was increased to achieve 400 claims in phased manner per examiner of the batch.
2.As a project leader of a Six Sigma Green belt project worked on to improve the participation and pass percentage in the weekly knowledge enhancement test which is on process related queries. The result of which we had improvement from 60.00% (base line) to 95.00% in participation and 68.32% (base line) to 86.00% in pass percentage. This also improved the knowledge enhancement with the processing staff which was directly impacting the process quality & end customer satisfaction.

Business Analysis Project:
As a team member we created FRD to convert the paper claim format to electronic format. In this demo project we wrote the present conditions in FRD after which we enhanced the process to make digital electronic format of the paper submitted claim. We also prepared the High Level Use Case diagrams, Low Level Use Case diagrams, Activity diagrams, Sequence diagrams and Class diagrams. We also created the wire frame diagrams to facilitate development of a model application.
