Created a go to market strategy for the product, and led the technical sales effort, as well as the deployment and training of the initial key customers. Negotiated the distribution deals, and managed all commercial agreements for the products. Inside the team, played the roles of Scrum Master and Product Owner. Applied for and was rewarded a Ministry of Science and Technology grant for Technological Innovation Projects (PRIME). This project was one of the 180 selected among more than 5,000 applications in the Rio Grande do Sul State alone.
