Allscripts provides comprehensive suite of clinical and revenue core products for People Health Solutions. HUB Immunization suite is like a post master routing multiple message types (immunization, lab, syndromic surveillance etc.) from all of the EHRs (Myway, Pro EHR, EEHR) to state registries.
Role: Interface Implementation analyst/Project Manager
Responsibility:
Lead a team of 12 implementation analysts by keeping track of team’s Key Result Areas (KRA) like Project capacity, Quality, Productivity, Response Time and Resolution time etc.
Auditing projects, creating case studies and documents for knowledge base, developed training modules and development programs, identifying corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) within the team.
Configure, implement and provide product support for HUB Gateway service for local state immunization registry and Allscripts HUB.
