I reviewed, investigated and processed workers comp & general liability audit reports. I’ve visited multiple companies, contractors and local insurance agency locations in multi-states such as Florida and Georgia. I’ve interacted with the physician before the audit visit to the insured. As a field premium auditor, I’ve audited tax exemption certificate of insured contractor and submitted audits on line to the insured. I’ve scheduled appointments and inputted insurance premiums into the insurance company’s computer. I would always communicate with the brokers, clients and underwriters. I would work in compliance with various bureau rules such as NCCI and PASS. I’ve met with the business owners and managers to review their audit results and implemented any acts required when adding or subtracting classification code. I’ve always analyzed all businesses employee compliance.

Publix Super Market – Pharmacy located in Jacksonville, FL, St. Augustine, FL, Gainesville, FL and Palatka, FL.

Georgia CVS Pharmacy - 20 locations in Atlanta, GA.

Target Corporation, Bowden Eye & Associates, Kmart Corp, Winn-Dixie Store Pharmacy, Walgreen Company Pharmacy and Lens Crafters.

DME – Site Investigation Inspections: National Supplier Clearinghouse

I perform site inspections and verified the providers DME permit, pharmacy License and then I would forward my report to NSC for reviewing to determine if the business is in compliance with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services-Durable Medical Equipment supplier compliance. Verified pharmacy licenses, inventory their supplies (Prosthetics, Orthotics) that was on hand. I’ve taken photos of the exterior and internal entrances, business signs and hours of operation. I’ve submitted productivity reports once a week.
