I.Project: Financial Institution Credit System (FICS) Client: GE(US) Period: 2014 - 2015
Project Summary: FICS was built to eliminate dependency on manual spread sheets and increase support automation, reporting of obligor credit risk exposures and corresponding risk management processes. One of the key goals of FICS system is to have enhanced reporting capability.
Job Responsibilities:
Provided data with FICS business rules to ELCM staging for automated and manual sources.
Worked on different OLTP data sources such as Oracle, flat files for data extraction
Created complex mappings in Informatica power centre designer using aggregate, expression, filter, sequence generator, update strategy, sorter, lookup, joiner transformations etc. Also, developed mapplets and reusable transformations.
Leveraged different Informatica modules (i.e. workflow manager/monitor/command line utility) to create, schedule and control workflows, tasks and sessions.
Executed the project end to end development, unit testing and deployment to QA and production environment.
Wrote various UNIX scripts to perform different actions on the file like ftp he files, archiving etc. and executed/scheduled them through Informatica.
II.Project: TDP Data Access Layer Client: GE Treasury (US) Period: 2013- 2014
Project Summary: TDP Data Access Layer is a key component of Treasury’s BI target data architecture and aims to provide a standardized data publication framework on top of treasury data platform (TDP) to simplify data access for treasury’s data downstream systems i.e. Adaptiv & Bancware.
Job Responsibilities:
Worked as technical lead which involves ensuring the smooth delivery by adopting methodologies like, Waterfall and Agile, following industry wide best practices and quality standards, mentoring and training junior associates.
Involvement in entire SDLC (requirement gathering, technical delivery & testing)

Created complex mappings in Informatica power center designer using different transformations to make the data available in ALM desirable format.
Proficient usage of Informatica workflow manager, workflow monitor, pmcmd (Informatica command line utility) to create, schedule and control workflows, tasks and sessions.
The data maintained in Oracle target tables is then copied over to ALM database (SQL Server environment), which then becomes source for ALM risk engine.

I.Project: Vendor Response Management (VRM) Client: Pfizer (US) Period: 2011-2012
Project Summary: Designed the data flow and the data model for Vendor Response Management system which ensured scalability, parallelism and robustness in the system.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyzed the algorithms to figure the possible flaws in specific scenarios in the system.
Successfully handled implementation of Informatica integration with XML which involves
-Creation of XSD (XML schema definition) sent by 18 vendors
-Validations at different stages before delivering to siebel base tables
Reprocessed failed records which were sent back to vendors as XML created via Informatica.
Automated the process of picking up the vendor file, processing it and presenting it to Informatica (8.6) before starting off with the data load.
Created a set of more than 100 SDE and SIL mappings for OLTP to OLAP data transfer.
II.Project: EMM Client: Lexis Nexis Period: 2010-2011
Project Summary: To build an enterprise wide data warehouse on teradata platform which is being enhanced to capture information, drive workflows and automate tasks and provide analytical solutions more efficiently.

The entities that were not being used in production were implemented with star schema warehouse design and added to the EDW.
Developed mappings to load into staging tables and then to dimensions and facts.
