Battalion Master Driver: Identified shortage in trained personnel on the Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) system to meet upcoming deployment qualifications. Devised training program; certified over 200 drivers/ 15,000 accident-free miles within 45 day period. Zero incidents.

Uncovered issue were refrigerated containers where being damaged during loading/unloading process – at a cost of $7K. Damaged vehicles affected meal delivery. Designed a metal piece that protected refrigerated containers from being damaged – saved $70K in transport costs.

Authored detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for guiding personnel on how to conduct logistical convoys. Improved Soldiers’ ability to perform the war time mission. Over 300 wheeled vehicle operators returned home safely after 9 month deployment - zero loss of equipment.
