Manufacturing Engineer
Designed and built diverse robot tools to raise injection molded plastic parts to incorporate into various manufacturing process
Programmed three axis robots to pick up the plastic parts in various ways and drop them off in a determined area in a production setting
Repaired these robotics to insure they are functioning at 100% of their capacity
Designed and built pneumatic and electric prototype fixtures for secondary processes and assembly on plastic parts
Worked with clients to insure the fixtures were built to their satisfaction and quality was maintained
Trained downstream operators in use of the prototype equipment
Brainstormed alternatives for non-working fixtures and processes by failure analysis Project Management
