NOC engineer monitoring customers deploying Fujitsu, Cisco, Juniper, Calix and Accedian equipment on various customer networks and some deploying E911 systems. Coordinated maintenance windows to restore network alarms and faults.
Cisco ISE experience monitoring ~110 Cisco 2951 routers for a customer end store locations and coordinated with Cisco TAC, ISP and FNC dispatch to replace WIC interfaces, swap out bad routers and update configurations. Remote access into the routers and determined alarm details, interface status, software/firmware version and router history information.
