Supervise, Train, Mentor department staff. Work to encourage growth and new ideas through open communication.

Maintain all weekly Kronos Payroll input for accuracy and perform all regular employee Performance Reviews.

Optimize staff performance and deliver company results by open communication and understanding company objectives.

Review opportunities for continuous improvement performance for order fulfillment and customer service processes.

Provide positive reinforcement in order to meet company performance standards and goals.

Coordinate and maintain proper operation/service for all related departmental equipment.

Arrange weekly meetings to discuss Issues and new Ideas to increase performance and boost employee morale.

Maintained proper operation/distribution of all Customer Order Entry Equipment and Customer related issues.

Handle and maintain the ordering & distribution of all buildings Printer, Fax, Copier, Toner and form supplies as needed.
