Major re-engineering of system processes for user interface transactions. Efficiency corrections for multi-task processes and transactions. We reduced warehouse picking time by half with corrections. Increased shipping output by 70% in the first month with corrections to a highly customized process by reverting back to standard ECC SAP Console (RF) transactions.
Implemented Dynamic Cycle counting post go-live for user initiated cycle counting. Introduces STO processes with stock determination under MM processes to minimize inventory across four plants.

Responsibilities/Deliverables: Delivery of architectural design shops, documentation and design documentation for LES-WM-HUM processes.. Delivery custom development objects / transactions for solution build within IS-CWM solution space.
Achievements: Delivered complex custom transaction to serve as a MES process for handling unit to warehouse management solution, on time for aggressive scheduled go-live.

Role: Primary role was lead consultant for the plan to delivery (PTD) team.
Responsibilities/Deliverables: Consisted of implementation of Warehouse Management with HUM, Batch Determination, Cross Docking – Planned and standard WM processes with Handling Units. This included SAP console for RF roll out to all manufacturing and distribution centers. This role also included implementation of Production Planning and Execution with Batch Management and shop floor info systems. All implemented as primary consultant. Delivery of the clients complete manufacturing processes, distribution and supply chain country wide operations.
Achievements:
Blue print all phases of PTD processes, completed on time.
Included in scope; production planning / execution, batch managed finished product (CPG – best practices) with warehouse management and distribution utilizing handling units. Over thirty distribution warehouses throughout the United States were implemented through a phase in approach.
Baseline realization all phases of PTD processes was completed utilizing SAP best practices.
Documented and led all of Unit testing all phases of PTD processes.
Final realization including functional and technical specification for enhancements in all phases of PTD processes.

Role: Project Lead in deployment of the DMS functionality.
Responsibilities/Deliverables: Collected requirements for all divisions within the corporation, that manages the prints and documents related to all aspects of shipbuilding for the US government and private sector. Migrated SAP / DMS functionality into an existing SAP environment, integrated with purchasing, bill of materials and CAD desktop.
Achievements:
Blue printed and documented the end user BBP’s.
Configured over 85 different document types with various digital signature requirements and go-live, replacing legacy system tools for go-live in December 04. This included custom user exit to included custom fields maintained in the legacy system for government-regulated characteristics. Achievements:
