Championed Test Plan Reviews Process Improvement: Based on current software development research, theory and practice, wrote a white paper recommending three basic process improvements: documenting "rules" that guide the development of test plans, using those rules to develop Specialized Review Checklists, developing standards for selection of Review Teams, and assigning specific roles to reviewers.
Coordinated a process improvement team to implement this Review Process Improvements across the GEPD test group.
