Road map development & High level work scheduling - obtained agreement within FI Team and member firms of what the team is to deliver for the next two years.

Provided drive and impetus behind execution and realization of roadmap. The FICO Roadmap resulted in projects of varying sizes handled by various members of the FI and broader Teams.

Implemented as project manager the SAP Fixed Assets module into global Template; Deloitte required configurations to achieve reporting and controls, documentation, and presentation of working prototype to member firms.

Provided full-range implementation, development, and support to Norway, Denmark, South Korea, Singapore, Ecuador, and Venezuela.
