Main Project: FABRICATION OF TWO I.C ENGINE SYNCHRONIZATION FOR FOUR

WHEELER.

The project deals with the fabrication of Two I.C Engine Synchronization. The aim of project work is

to acquire practical knowledge in the field of two engine synchronization with the help of differential

unit. The project work is concerned with the fabrication of the two wheeler engine. The additional

load (Extra torque) of the vehicle is shared by the two engine is called synchronization. The vehicle is

moving from ground level to upper level (i.e. Mountains, hills etc), the single engine torque is not

enough to drive the vehicle in safe mode. So the additional engine (synchronization) is needed to

overcome this type of problem.

The vehicle operates in two modes i.e. Main Engine only for Medium load Condition and Two

Engine in synchronized mode for Heavy load condition. The project is very useful for

transporting heavy loads with the help of synchronized vehicle.

Mini Project : PNEUMATIC SHAPING MACHINE WITH SLOTTING

ATTACHMENT

This project deals with the pneumatic shaping machine with slotting attachment which

provides smoother and noiseless operation by the medium of pneumatic shaping machine with

slotting attachment. The comparative gain that can be accomplished is the utilization of roller

bar.

Post Graduate Diploma in Piping & Pipeline Engineering (As Per ASME B 31.3)

ASNT level II Certification in RT, UT, LPT, MPT & QC in Welding Inspection .
