My responsibilities as a Hostess at Cracker Barrel are to greet customers as they come in with a smile and positive attitude, seat customers, provide silver ware and menus, take down names of customers for waiting list and call names when available, fold kid menus, place inserts in menus, clean women’s bathroom, clean vestibules, pre buss tables, assist those when needed, provide help to coworkers.
Accomplishments: I am able to provide and demonstrate my people skills by helping and greeting customers, answering concerns and seating them efficiently and in a timely manner. Cracker Barrel is a very busy store and restaurant but I am able to demonstrate calmness with a smile and positive attitude. I continue to develop skills by attending trainings and meetings. By attending and passing these trainings we can earn a certain amount of stars and sewn into our aprons to display. I have proudly received two stars and am working on my third. I enjoy working with my coworkers and help them as needed.

Payless Shoe Source is a very busy, fast pace store and I have been able to demonstrate calmness with a smile and positive attitude while setting my daily goals of sales and transactions. I enjoy being able to assist customers of all ages with their needs and experience their excitement with them.
I have developed supervisor training skills and lead skills. I have been able to use these skills by training new employees and sharing my experience along with directing them in what needs to be done.
