2007-2013 Cigarettes and Tobacco Department Manager: In this position, I was responsible for

managing the largest fiscal inventory in the warehouse. This required being sure orders were not

only picked and staged on time, but also accurately which required a great deal of quality control

work to maintain shipment standards. During my tenure, we implemented a PickRight system to

assist with quality assurance and I was largely responsible(and successful) in ensuring the

system went online with minimal problems.

2006-2007 Reclaims Manager: As Reclaims Manager I was responsible for handling all products

reclaimed by the warehouse upon the returning of route trucks. This included sorting and

counting products as well as their re-entry to the system and the handling of any discrepancies in

reports pertaining to aforementioned returns. In the event a discrepancy was found, I was also

responsible for the first stage of disciplinary action against the employee, if such was warranted.

2002-2006 Dispatching Manager: As a dispatcher I was responsible for managing and assigning

drivers and helpers for 80-100 different routes per week. This required not only the scheduling

but follow-ups and ensuring there was adequate staff available should an emergency arise.

1992-2002 General Labor-Warehouse: During this time I worked at a number of different

positions within the warehouse as needed. This included: stocker, picker, orders, forklift

operator, and operator of a tax stamp machine for cigarettes.
