Divisional Engage Life Innovation Director, Atria Management, 2012 to present

Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of innovative active aging programming and strategic alliances for California-34 communities (Portfolio has included Desert Mountain region-total of 47 communities in 6 Western states). 90-95% travel. Duties include: Providing strategic coaching in engagement strategies resulting in quality, customer satisfaction and business growth to mid-level directors. Support for Operations, Sales, Marketing, Public Relations and the Active Aging team in all aspects of resident engagement quality, strategic alliance, and sales growth. Additionally, serve as a company spokesperson on key active aging topics and initiate visibility with lectures, and presentations.

Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the unique methods of recreational therapy and activity/event programming for approximately 180 adults.
