Responsibilities:

• Administers and interprets pre-employment psychological tests for Engineering, Technician, Staff and Leader positions

• Coordinates closely with requisitioning departments on interview schedule of applicants

• Attends initial and panel interviews for all positions except Managers and facilitates interview for regularization

• Conducts background checking and assures that all successful applicants are qualified on all necessary conformities such as medical exam and ISO exams.

• Prints ID of newly hired associates using Smart Printer

• Prepares month end reports such as: Overall Headcount, DOLE and Report for Terumo Headquarters

• Monitors and track down Status reports on Manpower Hiring

• Taps all possible sources of candidates for present/future requirements like Jobs Fair

• Coordinates with PESO and DOLE offices and other Recruitment Interactive Network (Jobstreet, Jobsdb)

• Conducts orientation to newly hired associates regarding company profile, good manufacturing practices and quality management system

• Assists Training Team with On the job Training program to different provinces for future absorption as Probationary Associates

• Conducts Quality Staff meeting on a monthly basis

• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superiors from time to time.
