The University of Tampa
With my team we executed a project for a company who wants to create and shoot a TV show pilot. To execute the project we applied the project management five process groups, starting with producing a project charter and ending the project with a lessons learned report. We experienced a project delay, but got back on schedule by eliminating tasks that were on our critical path that the Microsoft project software had recognized as critical tasks that were not very critical and reassigned our task dependencies to allow tasks to run in parallel. Our EVM calculations improved by the end of the project and we completed it on schedule.
