1998 – Tool fabricator/ Fitter for metal fab shop and wood fab shop.

1998 – 2005: 41 – 42 body structure, join mechanic. Re- work mechanic/over bar.

Precision hole drilling for freeze plus installations.

2005 – 2007: 747 Pre-flight and delivery. Performed engine runs, first flights,

trouble- shooting, flight squawks pressurized for leaks, maintained all systems of fuel, oxygen hydraulics, final product to customers specifications and delivery of final product.

2007 – 2010: 787 Preflight AMT Mechanic: Followed the first 787 through the building cycle including first power and functional tests of flight controls, fueling and engine runs. Followed process through completion of the 787.

2010 – 2015: MTI Flightline: Inspector for 787, 777, 747, 767. Performed pre-flight and post –flight inspections. Worked flight squawks: responsible for documenting discrepancies for engineering evaluation.

Key Contributions and Accomplishments:

Received over 30 certifications to perform complex aspects of building and flying aircraft: 747, 767, 777 and 787. Selected to be a part of the crew that built, tested and flew the first 787 – 8 and 787 -9.

Lead inspector for the 787- 8 battery box installation, working closely with design engineers and FAA to encase the nicad battery that caught fire, grounding the 787.

Directed to work in Foggia Italy for 90 days ensuring Alenia Aeronatuica horizontal stabilizer was configured and built per engineering design and Boeing standards, AS 9100,

Nominated as Safety Focal from my crew which included HAZMAT and maintenance of shop waste.
