To Whom It May Concern,

Ethan Simons was an IT Team intern for Communication Resources from December of 2013 through August of 2015. During that time, he showed great commitment and enthusiasm for his work. He was largely self-managed and was able to meet his commitments and deadlines.

During his internship he showed great aptitude for reading APS.NET code and describing its relationships to other components. During his tenure he also learned a fundamental understanding of the Twitter Bootstrap UI framework. He was able to help us update a number of our sites to be mobile responsive using Twitter Bootstrap.

Ethan was always willing to take on more work and put in more hours as it was needed. He was very diligent in the tasks we gave him; even when they were rather monotonous he got the job done. He was always on the lookout for issues that would create problems for us, and was great at brining them to our attention.

During his time here, Ethan was a valued addition to our IT team, and I expect he would be a valued member of your team also.

Regards,

James Barratt
