Project 1
Participated in requirement elicitation activities and contributed in finding business process solutions during the implementation of the quality management software PaxPro. The accomplished goal of this project was to transition from paper batch records to electronic records which has enabled DRL to manage their product lifecycle business process at a significantly lower cost and their products are released to the market faster with no errors.
Project 2
Currently involved in the implementation of the quality management software system TrackWise for DRL's product complaints department. It is a robust complaint management software system which helps the company manage and track complaints thereby achieving a number of important business goals such as earlier identification of potential consumer safety issues, compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and protection of brand reputation.
