PROBLEM SOLVING

Tented a commercial job site, and heated it to allow concrete work and maintained construction schedule despite unseasonably cold/wet weather

Internet contract sets permit real time approvals simply clicked reducing lead times

Used ACH to facilitate fiduciary process

Quality

Currently use Lean practices to ensure correct complex fabrication. Implemented a Just In Time solution for the lathe department initially then reengineered the entire custom stair and rail facility and was then tasked with and completed the design of a sister plant to be constructed in Nevada.

Safety

Was safety officer for B&D Stair where I dealt with OSHA to eventually win the maximum reductions in fines (resulting from inspection before my appointment)

No lost time accidents on my construction projects 12 years.
