Manager Senior Engineering QA (Customer Quality Manager)

Directed development and use of company best practices in design and manufacturing of aerospace, defense, missile and munitions products. Applied Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to develop and maintain customer-focused quality (Zero Escape) improvement plans. Managed matrix of globally diverse teams, communicated with senior management, and solved complex problems with incomplete information.

Implemented SEI/CMU Process and Product Quality Assurance criteria by developing and deploying new audit technique called Objective Evaluations. This approach to implementing subject matter expert auditing helped company achieve CMMI Level 5 certification.
