Eagle Realty Of Virginia - Glen Allen, VA - December 2010 to May 2011 Sales Site Manager within a Quad Patio Home design Community in Midlothian Virginia. The focus at years end in 2010 was to develop a business plan and best define our demographic and traffic within the Harvest Glen Community. Although not an age qualified Community the ideal clients would be empty nester/transitioning retiring families/ single persons & first time home buyers. Unit designs from 1,202 sq ft to 1,668 sq ft. Emphasis was placed upon the benefits of a low maintence Lifestyle with a 10yr Builder Warranty available on every residence. The Energy efficientcy savings and collective services paid thru the HOA demonstrated excellent fixed costs of living while maintaining the quality of all homes and amenities within Harvest Glen.

Style Craft Homes - Richmond, VA - August 2009 to May 2010 Community Sales Manager retained to develop a marketing plan for 2 communities within Chesterfield County. These communities were Town Home properties which were in transition from a Bank owned property to being brought back on line for development. I successfully presented a plan which identified primary demographics and focal points that aided in a diverse while comrehensive marketing plan. I Attended weekly builder Sales meetings to ensure a constant line of communication with Division Management and submit weekly sales prospects and traffic reports. I trained several Sales Associates and ensured that Corporate's utilization of all sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts and policies were adhered too.
