Test and Integration Engineer

Duties: Conduct structural testing within the structures component test laboratory. This includes coordinating, integrating, designing, and analyzing different testing conditions and reporting data captured during static testing to the test customer. In addition, fatigue testing was achieved by utilized a variety of test hardware, fixtures, hydraulic components, and different control systems. Worked to provide liaison support during the fabrication, assembly, and installation support of hardware and test articles. As a structures engineer task were not limited to analyzing loads, stress/strain values, environmental measurements, and deflection measurements. At the end of testing test reports were written to properly document the results and how testing generated data. Some tests included FAA coordination and helped provide data for FAA certification.
