-Managed 40 personnel to support renovation for historical use and improving quality at NAS Kingsville facilities. Accounted for the inventory of $250,000 in airfield equipment.
-Supervised and managed the fiscal year budget requirements for 16 arresting gear systems and associated airfield equipment.
-Managed a newly organized Restricted Personnel Division, providing supervision and guidance for 14 personnel. Developing physical readiness and professional knowledge study regimens to increase the morale and productivity of once misguided sailors. Those under my charge flourished.
TRAINING
-Effective Trainer. Instrumental in assisting five restricted barracks and quarterdeck watch standers receive effective training on proper watch-standing procedures. Ensured seamless transition for newly reporting personnel.
-Trained and qualified 40 personnel completing over 65 Personal Qualification Standards (PQS) in C13/MOD 2 catapult operating systems.
-Trained and qualified 17 personnel in 11 Air Terminal PQS watch stations resulting in a better work schedule and increased morale.
