Routinely configure servers to use mirroring or striping across multiple disks while utilizing multiple paths to SAN for failover and load balancing. Configure Veritas Cluster Services for both single and multi node operations. Monitor functions of servers using O/S based monitoring tools such as Systools, Nagios and taking gathered metrics to make a determination of subsystem malfunctions (I/O, network, memory, CPU and OS errors).

Designed and support vendor file transfers infrastructure. Interfacing with various business groups and vendors. Tailoring custom UNIX scripts for process automation with the use of SFTP/FTPS/FTP, PGP encryption.
