3 Years of experience working as a full time Electrical Engineering Intern during the Summer and Winter for Cooper Wheelock.
Duties and responsibilities as an Electrical Engineer include:
Testing of assembled products before distribution.
Producing detailed reports on tested products for the senior design engineers.
Troubleshooting returned products from vendors and field installers.
Performing pre-shipping repairs to products.
Working with quality control to ensure products meet strict quality guidelines.
Creating custom safety procedures and safety devices to ensure the highest level of protection to the operators.
Batteries Plus January 2012 – May 2012
Assistant Manager.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Performing tech work on custom battery packs.
Becoming familiarized with common and un-common types of batteries and bulbs.
Resolving customer issues which may arise from defective products.
Provided technical consulting in regards to customer needs of which the franchise may not be familiar with.
