Responsible for project management process, from analyzing fabrication drawings, operating all necessary equipment and enforcing quality control while producing large quantities of product under very tight deadlines.
Orchestrate the employees and equipment in a fashion that allows us to produce in a 24/7 environment. Diagnose and repair any variety of mechanical, electrical and plumbing related malfunctions to ensure the shop operates at 100% with minimal downtime.
Interpret architectural drawings and shop tickets to design and program items on a Park Industries Infinity CNC machine utilizing MasterCam design software.
Directly manage a team of 16 professionals in the project planning, design, production and implementation of high-end cut stone installations. The residences and restoration projects we have spearheaded continue to garner numerous architectural awards year after year.
