PROJECTS

I have completed many electronics and programming projects during my college career. While some were completed as assignments, most were done for my personal benefit. Examples are listed:

Metal Detector Project:

– Built a circuit that detects metal at a certain distance

– The metal detector gave a respectable range for beat frequency operation up to 15cm

Audio 2 Channel Mixer Project:

–Combined two audio signal inputs into a single audio signal output.

–The mixer controls the amplitude (volume) of each input signal, as well as ratio each signal’s contribution to the master output.

Digital Analog Converter and Analog Digital Converter Project:

– Built The R-2R ladder DAC circuit, which is a binary weighted DAC that creates each value with a repeating structure of 2 resistor values, R and R times two.

–Built devices that changed an analog signal to a digital signal. (ADC)

FM Modulation and Demodulation Project:

–Performed the FM modulations by the radio stations with a signal quality that can be reacted in the FM receiver.

–The FM demodulator is done with the help of a circuit called Phase Locked Loop (PLL).

Senior Design Project – Smart Parking System

– Developed a parking system that assists drivers in locating parking spaces.

– The system used webcams to read school parking permit barcodes into a database.

– This system would assign parking spaces to different classifications of drivers.

– This design was coded by Python Programing language for raspberry pi microcontroller

– Coding for OCR recognition software, coding for LCD, and coding a gate control program.
