Senior Mission Support Specialist

Provided daily tasking in support of 24x7 Operations Center, monitored system health status via Common View collection system. First responder in the event of system failure, performed troubleshooting techniques on a day to day basis, maintained operational awareness of field sites worldwide. Utilize the following data tools on a daily basis: OCTAVE, ANCHORY, CANDANCE and UTT. Maintained Record of Events Logs (ROE), used to brief oncoming shifts and management personnel. Worked as Mission Manager, responded to after hour call in support, possess working knowledge of Packet Raptor, Circuit Raptor and Knowledge Base Editor. OCONUS Operations Manager

Managed all overseas contracts. Coordinated all personnel movements in support of Department of State. Worked daily with the Contracting Office Technical Representative (COTR) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to resolve contract and personnel issues. Ensured all work done was in compliance with Statement of Work (SOW). Maintained appropriate staffing to meet contract requirement. Performed near real time processing of high priority SIGINT products in order to support National and local level Intelligence Community (IC) in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Utilized AMHS to track and report on local terrorist networks, reported findings to various ICs. Worked directly with Counter Intelligence (CI) working group, analyzed threat reporting directly used to combat terrorism during high priority conflicts. Attended daily CENTCOM AOR briefings during Time Phased Force Deployment (TPFD) prior to Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) to establish plan and development, review of forces to include logistics and transportation methods. Accessed JFAST to determine transportation requirements, course of action analysis and project delivery of personnel to final destination. Provided Intelligences Analysis reports daily that included units in place, units to be deployed to support operations plans. Processed near real time Intelligence reporting back to deployed Command/Units utilizing MIDAS, checked reports for accuracy and contented. Gathered and disseminated technical data to brief the Director of National Security Agency daily, provided expert analysis, collection and reporting of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) against terrorist groups and networks across a broad geographic, political and social spectrum. Attended daily video-teleconference meetings with the local ICs to discuss on-going threats. Managed the overall collection and production for a $200 million special access program. Generated and reported on SIGINT data files in excess of 1,500 per shift. Processed SIGINT collection by use ANSWERER, BLACKNIGHT, M128/M117 and COMMON VIEW collection systems, Utilized ANCHORY/BANYAN databases on a daily basis. OSAN AB Korea; 2000-2001

Non Commission Officer

Managed the Joint SIGINT Operations Center, trained and supervised multi service element responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of SIGINT information in support of US Forces. Administered an extensive network of SIGINT collection, designed to provide seamless data flow for time sensitive processing and dissemination. Responsible for command and control, along with end to end collection and exploitation from satellite communications ensuring proper distribution of analyzed SIGINT data to customers. Tracked deployment of 5 orbital platforms. Served as Squadron Intelligence Oversight Monitor, received an overall outstanding rating of IG Inspection.

Department of Defense; 1999-2000

Shift Supervisor

Supervised a 24/7 operations center provided direct support to the Attorney General. Monitored collection systems that provided SIGINT data contributing to approximately 23% of NSA’s total mission. Worked directly with Technical Managers in the testing of new SIGINT collection systems.
