Staff Systems Analyst, Omnitracs LLC, San Diego, CA Nov 2013 – Present

Omnitracs LLC, a former subsidiary of Qualcomm, was acquired and converted into a standalone company.

My roles and responsibilities continued with the transition and I am leading the billing operations team.

Added responsibility as SharePoint admin team member working on our company-wide intranet updates, managing content on our SharePoint site (OmniNET), serving as admin for subsites, granting permissions and other typical admin functions.

Developed custom workflows using SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Designer for our business users. This helped them greatly optimize their business processes, in this case, for item creation in the supply chain and operations areas.
