KEY RESULT AREAS:
Payroll & Attendance:
To prepare the salary structure based on the total package offered by the company.
To prepare the monthly salary input data of all the employees for salary processing.
To handle the monthly reimbursements (medical, petrol, telephone) of the employees.
To collate the monthly attendance for all the employees.
To maintain the leave record of the employees based on leave policy of the company.
To send the final salary payout sheet to Finance team with bank advises.
To coordinate with Finance team in getting the salaries disbursed on time.
To handle all the queries related to salary and providing just & timely solution.
To process the full and final settlement input of all the resigned employees.
Recruitment & Selection
Screening applications, short listing candidates through advertisements, job portals, consultants, reference schemes and internal job postings.
To do manpower planning for existing and new stores and for the central staff.
Formulating and implementing induction process for new employees
Conduct Interviews, Reference check, Salary Negotiation/ Finalization, Joining formalities.
Issuing offer letter to the selected candidates and doing continuous follow up with the candidates/recruitment agencies to ensure that candidate joins on scheduled date.
Conducting & Arranged the Camps Interview in MBA/Retails Colleges & Taking Pre 1st face to face round.
Joining and Relieving Formalities
Orientation of New Joiners:
Ensuring that all joining papers filled by the candidates and supporting documents are submitted on time.
Allotment of employee code to the new joiner.
Processing documents like investment declaration form (form 16) collected from new Joinees to Finance.
Initiate temporary ID, Mail ID, Visiting Cards, for employee.
HR Induction & Staff Introduction.
Coordinating with other department to ensure that further induction is taken care off from their end.
Leave Administration:
Maintenance and updating of leave records
Addressing employees’ queries regarding leave policy and status
Generating and providing leave reports to Management
Exit Formalities:
Ensuring formalities like clearance from respective departments & Full & Final settlement clearance are completed and processed to Finance Department.
Conducting exit interview, preparing report on exit findings and reporting to Management on monthly basis
MIS & Documentation:
Maintenance and updating of employee master file
To generate various MIS reports as & when required. (Like active-resigned status, joining documents availability, salary payouts, etc on regular basis).
