Overseen all construction of 850,000 sq. ft. concrete tilt wall for Bosch Plant in New Bern, NC, as a result of an outstanding work performance, another 850,000 sq. ft. sister building in Chattanooga, TN run by H&M as the General Contractor, Concrete Systems hired my services to manage all facets of the concrete project, which included foundations, tilt walls and slab placement.
Overseen all aspects of Kingsford Charcoal, 500,000 sq. ft. concrete construction in Jackson, Miss. for Concrete Systems.
Overseen many more projects 200-850,000 sq. ft., managed to complete all projects within their deadlines, despite expensive material delays, architectural design challenges, and unforeseen sub-contractor disputes.
