Haverhill Chemicals, LLC. headquartered in Houston, TX formed in 2011 to run the operations of the former

Sunoco phenolic plant site in Haverhill, Ohio. Haverhill produces Phenol, Acetone, Bisphenol A and Alpha-

Methylstyrene as chemical & resin intermediates primarily for the wood products industry. COGM ~$400MM.

Key finance member of the local management team. Responsible for the entire financial functions, entries,

supervision and reporting for chemical operations including all fixed costs, variable costs, monthly closing,

variance reporting, fixed assets, taxes, CAPEX reporting and lead for all forecasting initiatives.

Implemented new utility accrual models in gas and electric incorporating market purchasing, hedges &
