• Experience with semiconductor clean room operations and cleanroom equipments.

Equipment Engineer Technician: Applied Materials, Sunnyvale, CA: 04/2014 to present
• Responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance on AMAT semiconductor Epitaxial 300mm equipment (Centura CVD, MCVD and plasma Etch systems, Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition PECVD).
• Support the mechanical engineering and process team to modify/retrofit hardware and process kit for better process performance.
• Change hardware/software configuration as needed to support customer demos.
• Responsible for maintenance of vacuum pump systems, chillers, heat exchangers, various types of dry pumps, abatement systems and other services
