Seeking a Field Application Engineer position to provide technical support to the sales, marketing team and build good customer relationships.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: -mechanical systems, schematics, diagrams, pneumatics, electrical systems, valves, vacuum systems, control systems

• Experience with semiconductor clean room operations and cleanroom equipments.

• Knowledge of electro, general computer software, toxic gas and robotics.

• Ability to assemble, install, disassemble complex machines, new systems (NPI) and using small hand and power tools with strong electrical and mechanical background.

Equipment Engineer Technician: Applied Materials, Sunnyvale, CA: 04/2014 to present

• Responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance on AMAT semiconductor Epitaxial 300mm equipment (Centura CVD, MCVD and plasma Etch systems, Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition PECVD).

• Support the mechanical engineering and process team to modify/retrofit hardware and process kit for better process performance.

• Change hardware/software configuration as needed to support customer demos.

• Responsible for maintenance of vacuum pump systems, chillers, heat exchangers, various types of dry pumps, abatement systems and other services

• Diagnose, troubleshoot equipment issues and perform chamber PM, Exhaust PM, gas lines retrofit, robot calibration, leak check, software/hardware upgrades, driver configuration, etc.

• Responsible for testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating complex semiconductor fabrication equipment, new system assembly and/or subassemblies consisting of electronic, mechanical, vacuum, fluid flow, and/or pneumatic sub-systems.
