oAutoCAD Layout and design work for approx. $75 Million in sapphire fabrication equipment and approx. $650 Million in Growth Furnaces and Mezzanine designs, including strategic placement, working clearances, life safety, and defining the utilities and infrastructure to support such equipment.
oCoordination efforts with customer (Apple) and all joint venture construction teams on design details and the struggles between software and reality in the field with the definition of factory space for the equipment, process areas and room specifications for the entire facility as well as the overhead coordination of the utilities for the fabrication equipment.
Prior to the AZ Project, I was the Lead Project Manager for four out of the nine Asia ASF Installations involving our Advanced Sapphire Growth Furnaces (ASF)
oThe four projects combined valued at $160M in revenue and were completed within the year.
oOverseeing the layout and design of the factory as well as insuring the proper installation of the ASF Furnaces.
