ACADEMIC PROJECT:
Main Project:
Project Title: Design of High Speed Low Power Reversible Vedic Multiplier and Reversible Divider.
Description: This project deals with designing of 32x32 bit multiplier using vedic maths algorithm and reversible logic gates and also designing of divider using reversible logic gates. Out of sixteen sutras in vedic maths, third sutra called Urdhva Thiryakabhayam is used here which gives the output in 2n-1 steps where ‘n’ is the no. of bits. Also in reversible logic gates there will be no power loss hence it is called as high speed low power multiplier. Simulation and synthesis has been done in Xilinx ISE version 9.0 to generate netlist.
