Responsibilities include: leading, mentoring, coaching and training a team of over one hundred employees in US and Canada (directly and indirectly; setting quarterly incentive goals, measuring and tracking performance of the department; overseeing the billing and collection processes, ensuring the department is compliant to customer agreements, providing support for the field offices, and addressing issues and concerns (teams, offices & clients). In addition I was responsible for department efficiencies, process improvements and communication of changes.

Responsibilities include: Training and developing team members, setting quarterly incentive goals for the teams, overseeing the billing and collection processes, negotiating service agreements, providing support for the field offices, and addressing issues and concerns (teams, offices & clients). team goals, working with the field offices, and bank reconciliation. Also, was
responsible for pulling Duns and Bradstreet reports to determine customer credit
