PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Marketing Coordinator, ERM, Exton, PA 2004 - Present

Arranged and coordinated conferences, workshops, and seminars both on-site and off-site by helping with material preparations (power point presentations), and on-site registrations;

Researches and gathers site-specific information as needed for conferences and other business meetings;

Responsible for the design, layout, and delivery of marketing materials;

Researched information on existing/prospective clients for use by sales and marketing team;

Worked with in-house web designer to develop informational/registration websites for conferences and workshops and assisted in the distribution of evites/invitations;

Traveled to ERM’s Washington DC office to assist with project work such as: report review, formatting, graphics design for reports, and prepare reports for final deliverable to client;

Provided a power point presentation training session on Adobe 9.0 to staff members;

Provided a power point presentation training session on “Formatting, Editing and Preparation of Long Documents for final deliverable”; and

Translates documentation English to Spanish and Spanish to English when needed.
