Work as Research Assistant and Investigator during in project Isolation, Identification and molecular diversity of detergent degrading organisms through RAPD analysis from Disha life sciences, Ahmadabad (2010)

As per rules BIS Standard (IS-14543) maintained the microbial analysis of products & different types of Sampling, isolation, indentation & enumeration microbial testing Morphological, colony characteristics staining test, Coli forms test, E. coli, P.aurogenosa, Aerobic Microbial Counts (A.M.C.), yeasts and moulds, Sulphite reducing anaerobes (S.R.A.) and further confirmation via, Gram staining, biochemical testing, malachite green staining, and other all types of microbiological tests related with the water treatments.

Maintained the calibration record, online quality report preparation (D.Q.R.), maintained, other laboratory parameter, sanitation & fumigation and other records.

Maintained sanitation, fumigation, pesticides control schedules, clean in process (C.I.P.) & outside laboratory testing (O.S.L.), BIS formalities its frequency according to the all B.I.S. norms and other all types F.S.S.A.I. norms(22000-2005).

Knowledge’s of quality parameter, Daily Production Report (D.P.R.), production planning, consumption report, stock report preparation & maintaining.

Elementary knowledge’s of stretching blowing machines, dosing pump, filler machines (R.F.C.), labeler machines, R.O. installations, capacities, and their efficiency.

Basic knowledge of computer with command on MS-word, Power point and Internet operations, Excel.

The area of interest is basically, In Microbiology, Biochemistry, Applied Biotechnology, scale up, quality control & quality assurances, food & breweries processing & packaging with Research and Development mainly.
