1.Worked at Manweir LLC as Junior Engineer for 6 months (Doha, Qatar)

Responsibilities:

Providing Part drawing and Dimension drawing for Pipe spools, Cross-over, Adapter Flanges using AutoCAD and NX-7.5

Process Planning and Manpower Planning of jobs based on job priority.

Preparation of Process Flow Chart (Job Cards).

Preparation of bill of material (BOM).

Job tracking and Time study for critical machining jobs.

Coordinating with QC and other dept for timely delivery of jobs

Support Project management, Procurement and Field services team in technical aspects at various phases of projects.

2.Worked at FLSmidth Limited as Design Trainee for 12 months. (Chennai, India)

Responsibilities:

Providing Assembly and Detail drawings (using AutoCAD and Solid works) of Air pollution control equipments like Electrostatic precipitator (ESP), Screw conveyors and Rotary airlocks.

Preparation of baseline schedules, its updating and re-base lining.

Standardization of process of insulating an Electrostatic precipitator (ESP).

Development and standardization of Flat bottom hopper of Electrostatic precipitator.

Preparation of bill of material (BOM).

Perform Engineering Audit

Support Project management, Procurement, Quality control and Field services team in technical aspects at various phases of projects.

Follow-up & co-ordinate between internal departments and vendors.

Insulation of ESP - Pulpaca – Venezuela.

ITC Bhadrachalam – India – Engineering audit.
