Team member that evaluated and selected a rating engine for integration with the current mainframe insurance sales and quotation systems in the role of an application SME. After selecting the vendor, worked with a team to modify the current system to integrate with the rating engine and collect statistics. This project used an iterative approach to develop the interface from the mainframe using MQ through the service layer using WebMethods to access the rating engine server to tune system performance.

• Team Lead for online Point-of-Sale system and batch Renewals production support. With a team of 4, supported the most critical application at ICBC, selling insurance through the Broker Web Portal. This application area consisted of more than 35 different systems. Performing code reviews to ensure standards were met.
